The Lost Lighthouse A podcast brought to you by the creators of geeky community blog www.thelostlighthouse.com

Sorry for the late release! Computers aren't on of Gary's strong points!

This week Gary & Andy do a full Maul X break down, with game to game tales and general bantz.

Official shout out to Tim Fisher and Chris Legg for organizing and running such an AMAZING event. Next time, ban Diesel!

Gary gives a little bit more away about his event and we answer the questions of Sam Philips.

Welcome back to Total Reroll, our Dungeons and Dragons podcast! Adam has been playing some some good old fashioned D&D with some friends in London, except it isn't old fashioned because it's 5th edition. Our DM Ian has been running us through the 'Hoard of the Dragon Queen' storyline, and we picked up a few sessions in with our first episode (we decided to record a bit late, but you can check out some of the previous sessions in Adam's write ups that start here).

Here we are at the season finale of Total Reroll. After tracking the dragon cult all the way to Skyreach castle, the gang is now facing off against the white dragon Cloud Chaser, to try and take control of the floating castle and slow down the dragon cult's plans to raise the five headed dragon goddess Tiamat to lay waste to the world. No pressure.

If you've enjoyed this first season of Total Reroll, please share it and tweet about it! Have any feedback, favourite characters or fan art, please email us at thelostlighthouse@live.co.uk, tweet us @lost_lighthouse or get in touch via our Facebook!

Welcome back to The Weekly Rapture, brought to you by The Lost Lighthouse.

This week we chatted about the Warcraft trailer, Force for Daniel and Alien:Covenant, while Adam hates pointless construction and Gary is made uncomfortable by the concept of sex.

Gary in 60 seconds was ''Troll Hunter', with Adam attempting to summarise this Norwegian found-footage film in under a minute. Gary is up next time, so keep an eye on Twitter today for the poll to choose what he goes for!
Following on from another Twitter poll, for the main talking point this week we discussed sex scenes in films and whether they are ever necessary or if they should just be made obvious but not shown. We have differing opinions, especially on the use of the word necessary.

After having their battle with Rezmir cut short by the arrival of some giants, the gang are taken to talk to Bagothkus, a massive storm giant atop Skyreach castle (with an accent that is... difficult to nail down). There, surrounded by enemies, they find out the true nature of Skyreach castle. But will they make it out alive?

Age of SigBrah! Episode 7 is here! In today's show Gary and Andy catch up and have a little chat about Maul X. We only have a little chat about it and Ep 8 will be the Maul X dedicated show.
Then we discuss pool points for a bit and Gary convinces himself to run an event in 2017.
We also take a quick look at the Seraphon book, and my good it's the highest high fantasy book going!

After a forming a tenuous truce with Talis the White, the gang jumps on some wyverns and heads up towards Skyreach to catch up with Rezmir and the dragon cult. Will their new penchant for tactics help to see them through, as we head into the last three episodes of Hoard of the Dragon Queen? Let's find out!

Welcome back to The Weekly Rapture, brought to you by The Lost Lighthouse.

This week we chatted about a new Star Trek series, BBC's upcoming His Dark Materials adaptation and the Preacher trailer, while Gary laughs his most real, authentic and hysterical laugh, and Adam interrupts a lot.

Gary in 60 seconds was 'The Thing' (1982), with Gary taking on the creepy sci-fi horror. We'll be putting up a twitter poll today to pick which film Adam should do next time, so make sure you vote in that!
In the spirit of not-Halloween-anymore, for the main talking point this week we talked about our favourite horror films, with some excellent suggestions from all of you.

*Also, the poll results from the Alien 5 or Prometheus 2 twitter poll we set up during the recording ended up being incredibly close with 56% wanting the Neill Blomkamp Alien 5 over 44% wanting Ridley Scott's Prometheus sequel, indicating that we are totally misrepresenting our audience! Maybe we should stop ragging on Prometheus so much! Doesn't seem likely.*

After dispatching a patrol of trolls and ambush drakes with uncharacteristic competency, the gang heads towards the Hunting Lodge to find out where they've been taking all of their gold for the ritual to raise the five headed dragon god Tiamat. No surprises are expected.
