Welcome back to The Weekly Rapture, brought to you by The Lost Lighthouse.

This week we chat about the Final Fantasy XV announcements (including a release date, demo and anime series), the Rogue One trailer and the Creators for Creators comics grant. We recorded back on Saturday, but there is a brief catch up on stuff from during the week like the Doctor Strange trailer and the Spider-Man film title.

This week's main talking point is essentially a review of Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. There are full spoilers, so if you want to avoid them stop listening after 20 minutes! It's a pre-recorded discussion of the film between Adam and our comics review contributor Kit, a fellow DC fan. Unfortunately the sound quality on Kit's end could be better, so it sounds a bit like he is underwater. But should still be good!
What did you think of BvS? You can get in touch to let us know or about any of the other things we talked about this week through Facebook or on Twitter @lost_lighthouse, email us at thelostlighthouse@live.co.uk or sound off in the 'leave a reply' box at the bottom of the podcast page on the website.

Welcome back to The Weekly Rapture, brought to you by The Lost Lighthouse.

This week we chat Batman Vs Superman's success despite being very poorly received critically (we'll be talking about it ourselves next episode), Fear the Walking Dead and Microsoft's machine learning AI chatbot Tay Tweets AKA the Skynet we apparently deserve, while Gary brings on his own ruination through cat litter tray placement and Adam reminds himself that he doesn't like Man of Steel, even when he tries desperately to keep an open mind about BvS when he sees it next week.

Our main talking point this week was Daredevil Season 2. We get into full spoilers about it, so if you haven't finished it yet then stop listen after 20 minutes! We chat about what we liked and what we didn't like, with some great comments from some listeners on what they thought too!

You can get in touch through Facebook or on Twitter @lost_lighthouse, email us at thelostlighthouse@live.co.uk or sound off in the 'leave a reply' box at the bottom of the podcast page on the website.

Welcome back to The Weekly Rapture, brought to you by The Lost Lighthouse.

This week we chat about both Daredevil trailers, the Fox movie slate, Pacific Rim 2, the Iron Fist casting and the R-rated home entertainment release of Batman Vs Superman, while Gary thinks he's subtly painting in the background and Adam dies in Harrison Ford's arms.

Adam was attempting Gary in 60 Seconds this week, taking on Cowboys vs. Aliens. We didn't have a main talking point because Gary hasn't seen Deadpool yet. Go see Deadpool.

Welcome back to The Weekly Rapture, brought to you by The Lost Lighthouse.

This week we chat about Destiny 2, the live action Jungle Book film and Kanye West's video game (that Adam was aggressively harsh about, let's say because he's ill and not because he's a dick). We also talked about the new Daredevil Season 2 trailer, but Skype messed up and the audio was so bad we cut it. Check the trailer if you haven't seen it already. Shockingly we loved it. Meanwhile, Adam was slowly dying and Gary just stood back and watched as he fell into some sort of delirium at the end of the episode.

Short episode this week! After postponing last week because Gary was ill, Adam was struck down this week with something too. We managed to record an episode anyway. You be the judge of whether we should have just taken another week off!

Welcome back to The Weekly Rapture, brought to you by The Lost Lighthouse.

This week we chat about the upcoming DC films (including the Wonder Woman footage and the new Suicide Squad trailer), Jessica Jones season 2 and Steven Moffat stepping down as Doctor Who showrunner, while Gary invents 'history charts' and Adam pretends he knows what DC comics' 'Rebirth' is.

Gary in 60 seconds this week was the 1998 classic 'Small Soldiers'. Let's see if Gary can really cut to the heart of the film within a minute!

Our main talking point this week was 'Top 3 inventions in fiction'. This one was a lot of fun, with some great suggestions from all of you on Twitter and Facebook.

Welcome back to The Weekly Rapture, brought to you by The Lost Lighthouse.

This week we chatted about the Captain America: Civil War trailer, the Batman Vs. Superman teaser (the rather spoilery trailer was released after we recorded), Marvel's Secret Wars delays and Kevin Bacon returning to Tremors, while Gary cuts off entire news segments and Adam remembers Kevin Bacon is actually a good actor.

Gary in 60 seconds was ''Pacific Rim', with Gary attempting to take on kaiju and jaegers in under a minute. Keep an eye on twitter for the poll for next time!
This week's main talking point was Jessica Jones, the new dark superhero TV show from Marvel and Netflix. We talk about what we liked (a lot), what we didn't (not much) and how it all fits in the MCU. It's light on spoilers, but if you're worried about finding out anything at all before you watch it then you can skip the second half of the podcast from 32 minutes in, and listen later to see if you agree with us!
