Total Reroll Holiday Special

Welcome to Season 2 of Total Reroll, our Dungeons and Dragons podcast! Adam has been playing some some good old fashioned D&D with some friends in London, except it isn't old fashioned because it's 5th edition. After finishing 'Hoard of the Dragon Queen', we've moved on with the same characters to 'Rise of Tiamat', the second part of the Tyranny of Dragons storyline. This week we present our holiday special, in which we played 7 gnomes trying to escape a terrible fate on winter solstice. This was an extra long episode, and we drank heavily throughout it. It doesn't start great, and takes a significant dip halfway through. There is a lot of cross talk, yelling and gibberish. I can only apologise. Listen at your own peril.

Total Reroll: Episode 25 - Night Pirates (S2)

Welcome to Season 2 of Total Reroll, our Dungeons and Dragons podcast! This week, after heading to the Whalebone Islands to answer a distress call from their allies The Harpers, the gang finds themselves overlooking Bucket of Bones Bay. They've tracked down a group of Night Pirates who attacked a Harper training facility, killing half the staff and trainees and kidnapping the rest. Now the group is planning how to approach the pirates' ship...

Total Reroll: Episode 24 - Drink Fight (S2)

We start off this week joining Red, Ravoprax, Nausicaa, Eldo, Artin, Dariah and Carnicula a few days after having captured the floating castle of Skyreach. The group receive an urgent message from Leosin, their Harper contact, about a dire situation in the Whalebone Islands, so we set off to investigate.

The Lost Lighthouse: The Weekly Rapture 52 - The Bacon Tremors

Welcome back to The Weekly Rapture, brought to you by The Lost Lighthouse.


This week we chatted about the Captain America: Civil War trailer, the Batman Vs. Superman teaser (the rather spoilery trailer was released after we recorded), Marvel's Secret Wars delays and Kevin Bacon returning to Tremors, while Gary cuts off entire news segments and Adam remembers Kevin Bacon is actually a good actor.

Gary in 60 seconds was ''Pacific Rim', with Gary attempting to take on kaiju and jaegers in under a minute. Keep an eye on twitter for the poll for next time!
This week's main talking point was Jessica Jones, the new dark superhero TV show from Marvel and Netflix. We talk about what we liked (a lot), what we didn't (not much) and how it all fits in the MCU. It's light on spoilers, but if you're worried about finding out anything at all before you watch it then you can skip the second half of the podcast from 32 minutes in, and listen later to see if you agree with us!

Total Reroll: Episode 23.5 - Season One Review

Welcome back to Total Reroll, our Dungeons and Dragons podcast! Adam has been playing some some good old fashioned D&D with some friends in London, except it isn't old fashioned because it's 5th edition. Our DM Ian has been running us through the 'Hoard of the Dragon Queen' storyline, and we picked up a few sessions in with our first episode (we decided to record a bit late, but you can check out some of the previous sessions in Adam's write ups that start here).

This week we take a quick breather after our season one finale spectacular, and look back on the first season of Total Reroll. Ian the DM, Adam (Red) and Stuart (Carnicula) ramble on about how things have gone, and our overall thoughts on Hoard of the Dragon Queen as an adventure and how well it played. We'll be back in two weeks time for the start of Season Two and the next section of the Tyranny of Dragons storyline - Rise of Tiamat.
